For the purposes of these T&C, “Company”, “Nourishcure”, “we”, “us” and “our” shall mean Nourishcure Private Limited, and “you”, “your”, “user” or “customer” shall mean any person accessing the Website, purchasing Products or otherwise using the services made available through the Website.

As a user of the Website and its services, you are contracting with Nourishcure Private Limited through these T&C.

Only persons who are competent to enter into legally binding contracts under the applicable laws of India may use the Website and/or transact through the Website. Any minor who wishes to access or use the Website must do so through and under the supervision of their parent or legal guardian.

5. TAXES

Applicable taxes, including GST and other statutory levies, shall be charged as applicable to the relevant transaction.

The final price payable by you will be displayed during the order process, together with applicable taxes and delivery charges, where applicable.

18. FORCE MAJEURE
